Based on the Russian icon by Andrei Rublev. The gold of Christ's robe is worked on with shell gold.

The text in Hebrew is from John 11:25-26 which translates "I am the resurrection. If anyone believes in me, even though he dies, he will live, and whoever lives and believes in me will never die."
